Company History
Foundation & High-End Experience
After years of building multi-million-dollar custom homes throughout St. Helena and Yountville, we launched Vino Design Build to bring that same level of craftsmanship, discipline, and performance into our own brand.
Major Hospitality Projects
We expanded into large-scale hospitality construction, working on projects at Carneros Resort and Spa, the Villagio in Yountville, and several boutique hotels across Napa Valley. These projects strengthened our ability to manage complex builds with high standards and tight timelines.
Full Design Integration
We incorporated the design side of the business, bringing drafters, architects, and engineers under one roof. This allowed us to fully integrate design and construction, creating a more efficient and accountable process for our clients.
Growth, Innovation & Refinement
During the COVID era, demand for renovations and residential projects surged. Since then, we have grown 20–30% annually while continuously improving our systems, client experience, and technology integration to deliver smoother approvals and better builds.
The Design and Build Process
The EZ-Flow™ Process
Phase 1: Conceptual Design
The Goal: Bringing your vision to paper. What we do: We develop detailed site plans, floor plans, and architectural elevations. The Benefit: We establish a preliminary cost estimate early so there are no budget surprises later
Phase 2: Permits & Development
The Goal: Getting project-ready and legal. What we do: We handle the technical engineering, Title 24 energy analysis, and the entire city permit submission process. The Benefit: We manage the bureaucracy so you don't have to.
Phase 3: Construction & Warranty
The Goal: Building with precision. What we do: Our expert team executes the build with a focus on quality, followed by a comprehensive warranty period. The Benefit: Peace of mind with a 10-year structural warranty and a single point of contact.
