Our Experience

Daniel Barragan and Carlos Barragan bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction across Napa and Northern California. 2017

Foundation & High-End Experience

After years of building multi-million-dollar custom homes throughout St. Helena and Yountville, we launched Vino Design Build to bring that same level of craftsmanship, discipline, and performance into our own brand.

2018

Major Hospitality Projects

We expanded into large-scale hospitality construction, working on projects at Carneros Resort and Spa, the Villagio in Yountville, and several boutique hotels across Napa Valley. These projects strengthened our ability to manage complex builds with high standards and tight timelines.

2019

Full Design Integration

We incorporated the design side of the business, bringing drafters, architects, and engineers under one roof. This allowed us to fully integrate design and construction, creating a more efficient and accountable process for our clients.

2020 – Present

Growth, Innovation & Refinement

During the COVID era, demand for renovations and residential projects surged. Since then, we have grown 20–30% annually while continuously improving our systems, client experience, and technology integration to deliver smoother approvals and better builds.
